Discounts for Members:
The 2nd delegate registering from a company will receive a discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective price when their email address is entered.
The 3rd & following delegates registering from a company will receive an even further discount. They will be automatically directed to the respective price when their email addresses are entered.
In order to receive the reduced rate for ITFA members, prospective participants are required to have enrolled as members of the ITFA.
The Conference Fee includes: Shuttle bus from/to airport on Tuesday and Thursday, conference lunches, coffee breaks and dinners as printed in the programme, accommodation in a room for single occupancy on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday and all conference documentation.
The Conference Fee for Local Delegates includes: Conference lunches, coffee breaks and dinners as printed in the programme and all conference documentation – hotel accommodation is NOT included.
The Conference Fee for Spouses/Partners includes: Shuttle bus from/to airport on Tuesday and Thursday, lunches and dinners as printed in the programme, accommodation in a double room on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Educational Seminar includes: Attendance at the seminar on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, all seminar documentation, coffee breaks and lunch. The Educational Seminar will be held at the offices of FirstRand Bank at Murray & Roberts, 73 Hertzog Blv, Cape Town.
If only attending the Educational Seminar accommodation is NOT included in the fee.
All guests: any other activities (e.g. telephone calls, leisure activities) are to be settled directly with the hotel before you depart.
Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that your application will only be accepted once full payment of the conference fee has been made. By registering for this event you are obliged to make full payment either by credit card (preferred) or bank transfer. If you make payment by bank transfer you must do so within 5 days of registering, failing which ITFA reserves the right to cancel the registration and accommodation which it may do at any time without notice to you.
Any cancellations received after 25th June are non-refundable. All cancellations incur a €100 charge. All name changes incure a €50 charge.
The indicated fee is to be paid in EUR (€) inclusive of all bank charges.

ITFA reserves the right to reject any registration submitted by a non-member even if accompanied by payment and, where payment has been made by such an applicant, ITFA shall refund the amount so paid.
Liability: Should technical reasons beyond the control of ITFA and/or the organizers make any changes necessary, ITFA and/or the organizers cannot be held responsible. Only written arrangements are binding. By submitting the Registration Form you authorize us to use all registration data as provided on the Registration Form to be used for the purpose of the organization and the running of the Conference.
